I'm Natalie Kitchen, a Nervous System Support Specialist. I help busy, stressed, or overwhelmed people release tension, restore balance and reconnect with their body and mind - so you can move through life with greater focus, energy, and calm.
Through in-person therapies and online coaching, I create a safe, supportive space where you can truly relax, calm your nervous system, and find clarity and ease. One of the biggest challenges I see in my work is how much stress people carry in their bodies without even realising it - especially in the back, neck and shoulders. This hidden tension often shows up as pain, stiffness, and restricted movement, making it difficult to feel comfortable in your own body.
Clients often tell me I have "magic hands," and I'm gifted at helping people feel calmer, lighter, and better able to cope through the power of touch. Touch itself is profoundly soothing for the nervous system, helping you feel grounded, safe and more present in your body.
My bodywork sessions are tailored to your needs - whether it's targeted relief, full-body relaxation, or recovery from physical stress. And for clients who can't access in-person sessions, I also teach self-massage techniques you can use at home to soothe your nervous system and release tension.

STRETCH FOR FREEDOM & FLOW
When your body feels tight, tense, or restless, it can be hard to slow down and switch off. Long-hold stretches guided by the breath help you unwind deeply - releasing physical tension while calming your mind and nervous system.
I teach the science of stretching - how to use breath and movement together to restore flexibility, reduce pain, and build a calmer relationship with your body. You'll learn simple, repeatable techniques you can use anytime to let go of stress and tension and feel grounded again.

SLEEP FOR REST & RECOVERY
Quality sleep is essential for a balanced nervous system. My approach helps you create simple, practical routines and bedtime practices that support deep, restorative sleep, so your body can recover, your mind can reset, and you wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
For a more immersive experience, I also run sleep-focused events and retreats, combining workshops on improving sleep, wind-down stretches, guided sleep story meditations, and sound journeys.

POWER HOUR RESET
When life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming, the Power Hour offers a guided space to pause, breathe and realign. This personalised 60-minute coaching experience combines all four pillars of the Breath and Body Reset Method - breath, touch, stretch and sleep - tailored to your individual needs.
